We went outside the box and asked several working chefs with great contemporary resumes and degrees from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, to create an all new menu for our Bethesda location. Their goal was to create stellar food using natural and organic ingredients that was a big step up the flavor ladder. Food that didn't compromise taste in order to be "good". The result is a varied menu of Salads, Sandwiches, Pizzas and OGO's (our own creation, individual Calzones baked to order in our Woodstone Brick Oven) ready or Din In, To Go or Catered events. We even created a special collection of foods ready to Grab n Go that makes it unnecessary to go to traditional fast food outlets when time is precious.
